Ground floor

A sliding door opens onto a corridor leading to:

–  a first 26 m² guest bedroom with a double bed, shower room, storage furniture and walk-in wardrobe, opening onto a balcony overlooking the tropical garden;

–  the 27 m² master suite, with a walk-in dressing room of around 10 m² and a very large bathroom;

Lower ground floor

Reached by a staircase, a separate corridor leads to 2 bedrooms of 25 m² each: one with a double bed, the other with twin beds. Each has its own shower room, walk-in wardrobe and storage cupboards.

Both bedrooms open onto a covered patio of around 20 m², with direct access to the tropical garden.

A rare nautical privilege

A private jetty, illuminated at night, winds through the mangrove and connects the property directly to the river, the lagoon and the ocean. A rare privilege, set in a preserved natural environment.

Moored at the jetty, the private boat Bella Vita takes guests out to sea with ease:

–  twin 150 hp outboard engines;

–  skipper at your disposal;

–  fishing trips and sea excursions;

–  surfboard on board and Bella Vita towels.

The Azuri estate

Located within the private estate of Azuri, Villa Bella Vita benefits from two secured access controls, offering its residents peace, privacy and discretion.

• Wooden storage stand near the picture window, for accessories or additional weights

Combat Sports

• Punching bag suspended from a freestanding steel stand, weighted at the base with cast-iron plates
